Our Chief Construction Officer is a man of many talents!
He came to this country at the age of 26. Being the hard worker he is, he landed his first job at Embassy Suites in Napa, as a bus boy then a cook. He then entered the construction industry. He rose quickly through the ranks from laborer to superintendent. Some notable names he’s worked with include Cello & Maudru, Bryant family wines, and the Weill family. With 31 years of experience, we are lucky to have him as head of construction.
At Casa Villo, he manages the construction operations, scheduling, and all our subcontractors. His hand at building some of the most high-end properties throughout the Napa Valley, is what we can’t wait for you too see in all future Casa Villo Properties!
Cynthia Tyner
Meet Cynthia, co-owner #2!
Although we all wear many hats and share most of the roles because Casa Villo is so young, Cynthia’s main expertise is design.
Cynthia’s impeccable eye comes from almost 10 years of experience with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and their grandiose Napa Valley estates!
Born and raised in this magical Valley, Cynthia always dreamt of being a lawyer or veterinarian as a child. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she was unable to attend college. However, that did not stop her tenacious and ambitious spirit. She knew she wanted to be successful one way or another. Through sheer luck, she was introduced to the right people and was able to offer her services to UHNW clients with spectacular properties!
Apart from Casa Villo, Cynthia owns a couple of businesses of her own. Cynthia Tyner Estate Care encompasses property management and estate cleaning. She will soon begin to airbnb her own beautiful home that she has remodeled in North Napa as well. A true entrepreneur, she is always working on her next business.
Michelle Vidensek
Meet co-owner #3, Michelle!
Although not native to Napa (born and raised in Alabama), she has fallen in love with the all places in Northern California since she moved here from NYC almost 6 years ago. She’s been working at Google since moving to California, and her Masters is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She’s worked in consulting, healthcare, tech and is excited to extend her expertise to real estate investment!
She lends her skills of streamlining operations, setting strategy, and organizing finances to Casa Villo and has a passion for interior and exterior design.
